Just Let Me Go Poem by Emily Jane McMahon

Just Let Me Go

You took me in,
And showed me that you care.
But no amount of love can save me,
So just let me go.

I can see that you are getting anoyed,
I can't stand to see.
You worry about me anymore,
So just let me go.

I can see that I am a burden,
And that's ok you don't need to hide it.
Please don't hate me,
Just let me go.

You are great at what you do,
And the kids will thank you for it one day.
Please don't cry or get angry,
But it is time to,
Just let me go.
