Just One Fight Poem by laura D., 13

i wrote this because me and my boyfriend had a very big fight and he hasnt talked to me since.it had made me upset but i am just getting over it now. inspired by the song - beauty in the breakdown - by: the scene aesthetic. i hope you enjoy. leave comments please.

You say it was my fault I say it was yours.
We used to be friends but no longer are we let one fight do the chore
I asked for forgiveness, you said no. I said I’m sorry you said just go.
I cant take this feeling of hurting and fear, the best is to forget, but I cant get you to disappear.
That day we had that fight I didn’t know what to do, so I sat and cried the whole fight was just untrue
that night felt like a lifetime of sitting there so sad, that one fight was just to bad
not a call the next day, next week, or week after that. So I stopped hoping and put down the bat.
By 3 months past, id stop thinking about you at last.
The one day in spring I hear this one song, it reminded me of you, but I tried not to sing along.
It was the song we used to sing so happy and cheerful, and now its just a song a song that is fearful
I turned it off when it played, so it would remind me of that day the day I sat there and laid.
That was a fight ill never forget, also the time when we were walking and met.
The fight was the end of me and you, if I could take it all back, I would because just that one fight left me so blue.
