Killer Joke Poem by Sea Owl

Killer Joke

She comes to me with great sense of humor.
Her presence my heart awoke.
If truth says the rumor,
then this will only be a joke.

I go to her with spirits ablaze.
I speak to her with just one gaze.
Her mind is truly a maze,
sense with words i only feel daze.

Her astounding brown eyes
sending every man flying away.
I should melt the ice,
as if this was an average day.

I finally get to talk,
but in her words something was amiss.
But i knew what she lacked,
in its place was a dark abyss.

Her heart I couldn't provoke.
With this i was just stroke.
While my heart had just broke,
I realize this was her killer joke.
