Kundalini Poem by Heather Burns

Kundalini

Kundalini lies at the
base of the spine
Coiled three and one
half times around the
first chakra. A root
support

Kundalini is our
natural source of
energy. As she
awakens and begins
to rise in our bodies

she begins to pierce
and open the chakras
awakening our awareness.

Kundalini releases
stored energies which
can be intense. Our sense
of ourselves is opened to
receive

Serpentine Kundalini,
is also known as 'the
sleeping serpent'.

Very nice heather, yes it moves through the spine upward. It almost originates from an area near to the navel.Through meditation this kundalini may be awaken and it enlightens the mind towards divinity. Those 3 chakras are 1) Eerha 2) Pingola and 3) Susumna.... very good.
