The quality of leadership,
To depend upon to know it provided.
Begins with the capability to listen.
Hear and comprehend.
That which is being heard.
Done to consider every opinion given.
This is a 'leader'.
Who normally has earned,
That position to sit in.

Anyone unable to sit and listen.
Yet acquires the position of a leader.
Has done this based upon image.
And dismissed competence.
To ultimately achieve the making of excuses.
Heard to blame and accuse,
Others for making the wrong decisions.
Regardless if they were not the ones,
To create or implement...
A giving of their consent to a disaster!

"Uh...
The only responsibility I will take,
Is the following 'your' orders."

-Sure!
Go ahead.
Blame me for your loyalty and obedience.
And you expect 'me',
To take the responsibility for that?
Do I look like a fool to you? -

"If I may have your permission,
I would like to call a friend.
Or solicit that opinion,
From others much more observant...
Than I dare to admit."
