Letting Go

Sorrows of the soul must be greived to fade
paying prices forever only leaves a life in shame.
The choice is clear, but you hold too dear
to your brokenness and its familiar chains.

New journey's begin with the same step of courage
by those who have come to know
that before you can stand and manage to move on
you must first decide to 'let go.'
