oh! I saw wings of an osprey
so inviting, soaring around
it took one full long circle
around lake, barely escaping
bursting showers from fountain
what could she, she be thinking
fish are at deepest this time
maybe watching beautiful rainbow
tree lines so calm, wind has left
cold creeping back slowly; sun up
branches coming to life, some may
remain naked playing with my eyes
soon get tired hanging and fall
birds nesting somewhere in there
behind those pearly green leaves
so loving, so caring, so protective
yet some won't make it thru summer
