I’m so confused in this huge world
I wish someone would hold out their hand
And help me along these rugged paths
That everybody calls life
Life is like a tornado
Its winds are always changing
Whipping around in every direction
And it is always so overwhelming
Life is like a thorn
It is attached to the most beautiful rose
But as soon as you pick it up
You are stuck with its ugly prick
Life is like a candle
It burns like a light showing the way
But if it is used improperly
It can start a terrible fire
Life is like the Internet
It is useful when you find the right information
But when all those popup ads show up
It is nothing except a bunch of garbage
Life is like a box of chocolate
Everything looks so good
But you never know what is until you bite into it
It may be delicious or it may be disgusting
Life is like a musical instrument
Only those that know how to play
Will make a beautiful sound
Others will make a terrible noise
Life is like a juggling ball
It has its ups and downs
It will always be going around and around
Never to stop until you mess up
Life is like a game of chess
You have to prepare your move
You can either win the game
Or be checkmate with nowhere to go
Life is like a prison
You are thrown into this terrible cell
You have no control over your condition
Only the judge decides what to do to you
Why does life have to be so difficult?
Why do only a few people succeed in it
I don’t think I will make it through
For I have no experience in this messed up world

I would like to translate this poem
As somebody once said, life doesn't come with a book of instructions. As somebody else said, this is not a rehearsal, this is the first (and only) performance. And as I said - well, look at my poem 'Life', it isn't profound, but there's a message in it.
