Time is like the countless,
Tiny grains of sand—
Ever shifting beneath our feet.
Second by second
Shifting. Shifting.
Grain by grain.
And we, being mindless
Are oblivious.
Totally unaware of the
Ever-changing landscape,
That time so stealthily
Forges upon us.

Very good imagery. Comparing sand and time is vety appropriate. Well done, melodiously written. I like this poem.
