Lily By James Potter Poem by Godece Jasmine Rosal

Lily By James Potter

Behold! Here comes an angel
My eyes turn blind yet I struggle to see
The loveliest beauty there could be

Pure and true there can be no other
Nature's finest creations turn mediocre
When her heavenly beauty be mentioned

Her eyes picture the coolest leaf
Her hair woven from the finest silk

Her mouth, O! How those lips are formed
Nature's greatest wonders

Her cheeks give the brightest glow
The moon envious

Her skin colored pale pure honey
Touch it and i will face death with a smile

Man adores the earth, his mother
His words praise and worship her

But I praise the one called Lily
O! To speak her name is such great honor
To even think of her is such great pleasure
