Little Island Among Clouds



Island of sky among clouds
Sifts a setting sun’s ray
Hues of blue
Bring peace to sad eyes
Cleanse the fear
To be alive
Little island, looking glass
Into time
Plateaus high and low
Interchanging, patience and gratefulness
Open heart seals the mind
Open mind seals the heart
But together as one
Wisdom found, spirit soars
Free to be
Little island among clouds
