Lonely Heart at Night

The silence is filling the room
I lay down lonely with empty soul
I hear no sigh, murmur or cry
Only sound is my heart beats
Dreams float around aimlessly
like laughing ghosts
The night seems so long
tiresome and enduring
It feels like
it is lasting forever
All what I hope for is a day break
For ray of light and sunshine
