Lost For Good Poem by Badria Alameeri

Lost For Good

Rating: 5.0

How can I force my self?
To form the simplest smile
That would echo for a mile
How can I be relieved?
When I am surrounded
By sorrows from every corner

In a blink of an eye
Every thing changed
Yet I don't know why
I am no longer able to breathe
Although..
I am longing for the breeze
I feel like I don't know
How to pick up the phone
It is ringing, calling for me
But I can't hear it in my ear

Every day I taste the pain
That is flooding on my veins
Every thing is not the same
Even the usual atmosphere
Differences replaced you here
Not only me but what surrounds me
Nothing feels safe and soundly

Your laughter was and still
Is my favorite soundtrack
But every thing is different
The night is not like it used to be
It doesn't turn light blue
It is not the same without you
I need a reason to happiness
I want a purpose to be glad
I am still searching for new ways
To get me throw the coming days

I used to be the brightest color
I used to be just like any other
The night is not like it used to be
It doesn't turn light blue
It is not the same without you

It surly feels so bad
But I try not to be sad
I will definitely be brighter
When the pain grows lighter
I try to be a part of a Creation
That is in an amazing formation
