Lost Hope Poem by flooplesnap cookie

where does time go
when you get caught in hope
just open my book
to get an inside look
i nearly gave up
thougt that was it, i was stuck
then someone reminded me of hope
seemed an impossible slope
i kept on moving
and at times felt i was loseing
i wanted to scream
wishing it was all a dream
how could i believe
mom in the other room
pick up the broom
keep on moving
no ones asuming
keep on gaurd
it can't be to hard
i want to speak
but who would believe
remember the word, hope
why does it feel like a joke
i want to be free
but i would have to believe
i debate in my mind
this hope i can not find
maybe i'm just blind
i should trust
but not in this
i can't aford what if
my mind is just screaming
its gettin hard to find me
i got to go
i need to be alone
try me agian later
i'll be a little safer
