Love Birds of the Night

Beautiful day
on your face
lights up the place
this morning is grace
sweet kisses unlaced

So exposed
feeling this way
you make my days
at work I praise
you got me crazed

(chorus :)
We're love birds
of the night
slow dancing
romancing, underneath
moonlight

(chorus :)
Hate! just can't
put up a fight
no-no-no
not between
love birds
of the night

Every-day
we live this way
argue, fuss or fight
love comes out right
working it's might

No storm
the wind is still
the sun kneeling
we take flight
n' soar through the nights

(chorus :)
We're love birds
of the night
slow dancing
romancing, underneath
moonlight

(chorus :)
Hate! just can't
put up a fight
no-no-no
not between
love birds
of the night

like birds flying high and low, love does have its ups and downs...nothing is perfect anyway, like a mountain climber... just when you reached the peakmost, no choice than to go down. Life is challenging that way and one's love is tested through adversities and trials that make relationship even stronger the moment you surpassed such. This is a fine poem...actually a poem/song that dealt with lovers on a rollercoaster ride. Good one. -cynthia
