Love Kills Poem by Justin Hendricks

Love Kills

My bloods filled with sorrow.
Drowning you within my despair.
Loving like there's no tomorrow.
Even if you do not care.

But if I let you cry alone.
I feel i'll worry, maybe forever.
Your heart has yet been sown.
And now I feel it may never.

Darkness fills your once bright room.
Casting shadows, never been shown.
But in your presence I may loom.
Burning your tears with mine alone.

Then one thought shoots through your head.
Wondering what if he may be dead.
So you run to his home and hit his door.
But inside he; s dead on the floor.

So you walk back home that night.
Knowing it will all be alright.
You have a gun, was once mine.
Now to your head, it feels just fine.
