he who cannot be blamed he whose name cannot be spoken?

in publicity negative light for fear of disastrous reprisals?
it would take a bule of incredible integrity or stupidity?
to mention his milk brain child Jakarta Busway system?

plan to divert large quantities of government treasury
directly into his pocket only half Busway buses purchased
sold to Jakarta city at over double their purchase price?

therefore be not surprised that 11 years on Busway failed
due to lack of buses funds Busway never reached half original
expected patronage did little to elevate city grid lock roads?
