Man's Diseases Poem by Randy McClave

Man's Diseases

Do I believe God, "Yes"!
My belief in him I will proudly profess,
He is my lord and he is also my king
With him I will place my faith, my life and my everything.
He is with me wherever that I go
Whether the roads are muddy, rocky or covered with snow
He done for me the greatest favor
When he became my protector and my savior.
Remember sickness is the consequences of the original sin
Illness and viruses can't always be cured with just an amen,
Disease was created because of Adam and Eve
And yes in God the father I have faith, and I will always believe.
I wear a seatbelt whenever that I drive
Yes I know that God is still at my side, and alive,
I wear a seatbelt for my protection and it's the law of the land
God put the power in the Government's hand.
I don't drink alcohol or smoke because God told me not to
My body is a temple of the Holy Spirit which is true,
I do what God and what the Bible does say
And every night to the Lord with thanks I always pray.
I always have a life jacket for me upon my boat
Because, if my boat sinks I just can't swim or float,
Before any judgement of mine does ever commence
I always thank God for my brain and my common sense.
I also thank God for my knowledge and for my free will
That's why I take vaccine shots and even a pill,
Because God wants me to always to be healthy
And with his spirit he wants me to also be wealthy.
God doesn't cure me when I have a virus or even a cold
I am not that impetuous or that bold,
But, God always watches me and gives me strength
And he always keeps me at arm's length.
