Mom Poem by Dorian Petersen Potter

Mom

Rating: 5.0

Mom, I miss your smiling face,
Your loving voice and embrace,
You are considerate and kind,
You're everyday in my mind

Dear mom, it's you I do miss,
I send you a hug and a kiss,
You give me your tender love,
Which comes from God above

I can't never thank you enough,
For all the love you've shown me,
Grateful for all the things,
Through the years you've giving me

Dear mom, I miss your loving face,
No other love can ever take your place!

Dorian, I lost my mother 2 yrs ago to Pancreatic Cancer, I am in the process of making a website for her, I would really LOVE to add this poem to the site...if you don't mind. I will make sure your name is on it so you of course get the recognition....just let me know...thanks!

I really liked this poem, so little words covered soo much. I would really like to use it in my mom's memory book. She passed last year just after Christmas...
