Monsoon Poem by Anil Kumar Panda

Monsoon

Rating: 5.0

I take a look
At the glowing sign
Written on the sky
Of love and compassion
For humanity as
Darkness goes to die

From there falls
Sweet raindrop soaking
The parched earth
Gifting green and freshness
And peace to all
As if it has a new birth

Hanging onto tips
Of grasses and leaves
And petals of many hue
It kills fatigue of summer
As eyes feasted on
Miles of pleasant view
