More Impressed By The Presentation

Distribute to them a map.
Highlight what is needed,
For them to arrive safely to their destinations.
Do this in crayon with assorted colors.
And...
Make sure those colors are neon,
To aid night vision.

Someone amongst them is guaranteed,
To begin instigating an argument...
As to who has the credentials and intelligence,
That qualifies a giving of attention...
To listen to recommendations suggested,
As to how a journey from point A to B...
Should begin!
With an ultimate decision to change the colors,
As to not to offend anyone who might perceive this...
To be an act of discrimination that benefits to give,
One an advantage over another.
Allowing to initiate an unending debate,
That has nothing to do with their safety.
Or the trip initially all agreed that should be taken.

And the simplicity of the map,
Is eventually abandoned...
To pay someone no one knows,
But offers a more elaborate way to go...
That satisfies those who are more impressed,
By the presentation.
