Today the world celebrates Mothers
Their unique place in our lives

The warmth only they posses
The love so unconditional

The care so boundless
The forgiveness so complete

The sacrifice so great
The advice so gentle yet helpful

Always there to share achievements
To encourage when doubtful

To shield from harm
To comfort when sad

To give meaning to life
A wonderful life because of her

She is that special person
The one God gave you

That is why you love her
Because she is your mother

And so today and always
You celebrate her worth in your life

Today and always be thankful
To her for every contribution

You may not have her always
But you have her now

So show her your love now
That is why I say

For all the love and care thank you
