Mother's Day,
Is That A Day Like This?
is there a special day
we can call it Mother's Day?
Everything you say, my love,
but in a special way
if you think at all,
that woman,
that girl, minor or adult,
she cares all day,
in an unsavory way
for all her family,
and as with a magic wand
she divides her household and education
as an institution
between students
and hearth
we never realized it
how hard it has been all this time
for her
the woman she wanted to be
despite her boiling energy
do we realize?
the deep ocean she had to swim
to reach the other brim?
Is there any decent day we may call Mother's Day?
No way!
The baggage she has to carry
is in-comprehensible heavy
no kids to love and be loved
but she is perpetually thankful to her God above
Tribute to all the mothers who could not be this mother,
but so lovingly she wished
every Day is your Mother's Day
all week through
This kind of Mother's Day life matters!

A wonderful tribute, my friend, to a mother who cares every single day, who extends her love and care to every one....a one of a kind...so unique and selfless.
What a wonderful poem and what great thoughts you have for this great, great mother. Her sacrifices indeed are incomparable! Yes, she is a Mother unlike any other.
A very thoughtful write, my friend. I have never encountered any tribute for this kind of mother. This beautiful and thought provoking poem is a great recognition of their love.for humanity. To my favorites.
