My Ears Are Now Closed To Destructiveness
(Honestly, I wrote this with a bit of anger. Sorry for that, please forgive me and I forgive them who offended me both consciously and unconsciously.
I don’t want to release my anger through a poem that’s why I made the theme not about anger but about a message that I want to share. Never be blocked by other people’s selfishness and bad comments. Keep on writing for your improvement and for the better of the world and planet Earth. Write and share your works in a proper manner.)
As a man with a pen, I’ll keep on writing.
I’ll make sure what I write is not senseless.
I’ll make sure that improvement they shall bring
And that they shall not produce a mess.
But some cannot be easily impressed.
And there are some who goal to discourage.
But I will never let them stop my quest.
I’ll never let them put me in a cage.
I will discard comments of destruction
And I will open my heart to wisdom.
I am willing to accept correction
And instructions that will give me freedom.
I have read painful words addressed to me.
There in my inbox is a bad comment.
But if my progress it can’t guarantee
I’ll just delet it to escape torment.
My ears are now closed to destructiveness
And to constructiveness I will say yes!

My Ears Are Now Closed To Destructiveness
I especially liked the title, I too have had the nasty comments, but happily the many were all from the same critical poetaster, and I used him to focus and try to ensure I wrote exactly what I wanted to say. maybe I will write him a poem one day, but happily I do not have any time to waste on his abusive words at present.
