My Friend Poem by Ruma Chaudhuri

My Friend

Rating: 5.0

In this vast universe
What has been started
Must come to an end.
Little beginnings of today,
tomorrow, those will also end.

Ripples of life bring
Love or fright.
In times when every thing end
Nothing remain
Our sense only understand
What is wrong or right.

When life is full
And its time to go away,
Silence says more
than any word we can say.

Leaving the poor body
We search for a new friend
Through the milky way
Where there is no sorrow no pain.

MY FRIEND is omnipotent
He took me up from the darken.
Where, there is no start, no end.

Ruma, the first stanza is like a good and meaningful introductory idea, and it was an amazing twist in the end..well-conceived and well-composed!

MY FRIEND is omnipotent He took me up from the darken. Where, there is no start, no end. Oh God! the poetess of your divine love may kindly be spared for sometime for the Dharti Mata. However the poem is outstanding.
