My Immune System Poem by Randy McClave

They say that I have a natural immune system
But, what does that really mean,
Unto my doctor do I say I never missed them
When I refuse any medication or vaccine.
Does that mean that I can stop taking medicine
And never again take another pill or shot,
And that diseases and virus's cannot ever harm me
Because my immune system will heal me from all diseases caught.
Does that mean if I ever get bruised or a cut
That I need not take a shot or even a pill,
And that if again I catch the common cold
My immune system will always help me heal.
So, never again do I need to take any form of medicine
Or wear latex gloves or wear a CDC approved mask,
Your saying my natural immune system will always keep me safe
Since you're not a doctor, I thought that I would ask.
