My Note To Ana Poem by William Ryan

My Note To Ana

Ana I read the words you wrote,
Now comes a little note,
All the fancy things you've had,
Still seem to have left you sad,
I don't have all of that to give,
But will be your as long as you live,
We can just sit and chat,
Or run around doing this and that,
On me you can lean,
When all the rest to you seem mean,
At night I will hold you tight,
Making you feel that it's alright,
We will be relaxed in bed,
On my chest you can lay your head,
With each beat of your heart,
My love for you will once again will start,
So if you want a Lover and best friend,
On me you can depend,
Ana won't you now come to be,
The beauty of life is what you'll see,
It's time to put the past behind,
I'm the man you've tried to find!
