The morning sky is cloudy
The on-rushing wind muddy
It says- today's events tardy-
Expects things unfriendly
I need to know a few things,
Not everything incoming
My brain says it is willing
To provide me with pruning
I must leave out all misgiving
That could make me soaked up
Guard off tricky soap bubbles
That could burst, lathered up
I quit intended words of mine
My confusion, along with
Put them shut inside a bin-
Noway they come out, grin
I must remain transparent-
Like water inside the goblet
Metaphors are translucent-
They speak a shadow dialect

Many things we hear. Some give us a feeling of upliftment while some other may drown our spirit. So choose what gives you good feelings.A beautiful poem, thanks for sharing.
A wonderful poem! John Keats wrote in his Ode to Grecian Urn, 'Heard melodies are sweet but those unheard are sweeter'....
This poem has not been translated into any other language yet.
