Never To Old To Forget Poem by Ronald Strickland

Never To Old To Forget

I love you, do you love me?
Put yes___ or no___.
Love notes that were passed

The walks with friends as we
shared laughs, being serious with
our young hearts as we held hands.

When days were cold, and we kicked
about in the snow.

We never thought of getting old
as we were taught to respect our elders.

Mary Go rounds and ferris wheels each go around
When time passes we seem to keep our feet on the ground.

My first heartfelt love i feel as it too
goes round and round as so many memories return
and my heart stays above the ground.

When love has touched your heart,

you're never too old to forget.
