କୁହାଗଲା ପଣ୍ଡିତ।
ଦିସ ଦେଟ କହିପାରିଲା
କୁହାଗଲା ସାହେବ।
ଏମିତି ଆମ
ଗାଁ ଲୋକ।
ଦନାରେ ଛାକେ ମଦ ଆଉ
ଫୁଟେ ଝୋଳ,
ବଜାଅ ତେଣିକି
ଖୋଳ।
ଆପତ୍ତି ନାହିଁ କାହାର,
କର ଯାହା କରୁଛ।

POET'S NOTES ABOUT THE POEM
Written in Odia language, Odia is the official language of Odisha, India. But nowhere it is being used. The Govt is using a foreign language and the people, in general, are in dark. They are illiterate, undeveloped, and always busy in drinking, gambling etc. Sorry to say, the so-called intellectuals mass are not interested to raise their voice against illegality even they are not coming together to use state language that is constitutional and legal.
