Nothing Good. Poem by Kelsey Joe

Nothing Good.

Rating: 5.0

Blood races the body's track
Hoping to be free,
Depression drowns the body
And then a light allows the blood to flee.

Blood falls to the ground
Just right next to the blade
Next to it is a girl laying there
Crying, breaking down with no aid.

She's scarred up well
And her blood met the tears,
What a mess on the floor (including her)
She's the one that no one hears.

The pain is the medicine
She's just dealing with life
There's no other way she knows
So her love is the knife.

The cut will heal
But she'll keep going deeper
Until finally someday
She'll meet the Grim Reaper.
