On Being Full

What causes the ache, the fullness that few
can explain?
As some try, yet women from all walks of life remain,
with the many in hand.

A comparison made a full lake drained dry, bringing her
lip's into play, music is made, not knowing why.
A damn pressed against the fluids inside must escape.

The ache is felt that I have, does a volcano when full
not explode?
All that you think must be true, the ache that I feel is you
