Our Dog Doc Poem by ERNEST CLARY

Our Dog Doc

Rating: 5.0

Our dog doc loves to play in the water
he swims and plays about
like an otter he wont come out

he brings sticks and branches to the shore
then jumps back in to go get more

he wont even come out to eat
or to take a rest when he's beat

like a monster on a rant in the sea
he comes to the bank to pant filled with glee

on the way home he moans so sad
wont shut up till I give him bones
then he's glad
