Our Freedoms Poem by Randy McClave

Hitler told the Germans what books they could read
And with whom they were allowed to love and to breed,
What medicines that they were allowed to take
And what they were allowed to create and make.
They were also told what words they could or couldn't say
And how they all were pieces of molding clay,
And whatever he said his worshippers/ followers believed
Even when and after he lied and cheated and deceived.
Homosexuals in Germany were illegal and banned
They were imprisoned and force to wear a pink triangle brand,
And Immigrants and Jews were arrested as well
And he sent the Jews to his fire pits as in hell.
Hitler told the German what they could or couldn't learn
And if they didn't in his man made hell they too would burn,
A woman's uterus was used as a baby making machine
To replace and repopulate his armies was her main mean.
He told women what they must do with their uterus
And their husbands and parents agreed without worries or a fuss,
Because, their bodies they believed was for the government to control
They already had given Hitler and the Nazis their very soul.
Hitler came after all of the Germans freedoms
They saw and believed him as a God in their kingdoms,
Whatever he wanted no one would ever forbid
Now Republicans are coming after our freedoms, as Hitler once did.
