Gone were the days
when poets were paying
very heavily for telling the truth
and pass through the government's wrath
The kings used to have patronage
from the learned people
and kept them in the royal court
for the appreciation of an art
now the scene has changed
we can find the paid pages
that appear regularly in support
and there is no test of any art
even poets pay for boosting their page
to show the readers that they have an edge
they remain in the limelight
and jeep their schedule tight
These paid poets return their awards
with a word
from their saboteur bosses
to show what has displeased them
