Pains more

It pains me a lot
when caught
in a dilemma and tries to forget
but it won't let

why should it hurt?
and add insult
when it has become a lost cause
I pause for a while

there was no other go
when he tried to blow
in a different manner
and added an anger

I tried to pacify
but was not possible to rectify
as he was adamant to leave me
and set free

I close my eyes
and try
not to remember
but it adds a sad color
