Peace, Please. Poem by Sandra Feldman

Peace, Please.

Pale and White,
With innocence
And fear,
The White Rose
Begs for Peace,
In the Swamp
Of evil men,
But no one
Seems to hear...

'The White Rose Begs for Peace, In the Swamp Of evil men, But no one Seems to hear.' - Even a dirty situation can be so poetically and aesthetically described! Loved this beauty, a reflection of the poet's white mind.

Yes plea of innocence often falls on deaf ears of evil. Someone needs to keep on beating the drums.
