P-H ' Sign In ' Page: How To Get It If Clicking ' Sign In ' Fails....[ Plus How To Find Information About P-H, Including Contact Information! ]
This will NOT be in poem form. I used to 'LOVE' P-H, till December 2020. Now, in the last few months it has shown some improvement over the first few months of the arrival of changes. But these changes were SUPPOSED to be improvements! ! Amazingly they were a devastating set of changes which have stymied and baffled me and some others. Do any readers disagree? ?
Today my mate found that there is a lot of information about P-H which may allow one to contact people in control of P-H There are names of its founder, owner, and chief editor, and contact information. There is a U.S. mailing address, a San Francisco California Telephone number, and TWO email addresses. This information is found by going to a large purple banner at the end of a P-H page and clicking 'About Us'.
Furthermore, .....IF THE 'SIGN IN' DOES NOT WORK FOR YOU, ......in the purple banner there are some names of topics for some of the poems found on P-H. When I clicked on one, e.g. 'love poems', a P-H page showed up which contained a place to click 'Sign In'. By doing so, I got the sometimes-elusive 'Sign In' page and was successful in signing in.
I hope this will keep some members from 'tearing their hair out', or overeating in frustration.

P.S. Now July 26th. The method I described in poem above, clicking a poem topic from purple banner at bottom of PH page now DOES NOT WORK.
But if clicking 'Sign In' does not give you a sign in page, click on 'Sign Up' instead. Doing this will give you a message saying that you are already signed up (as a member, IF you are) and will also say (in small print) something like 'click here to sign in'. Do it and you should get sign in page. GOOD LUCK.

Now it's July 30th and PH is much better recently in supplying me with Sign In page without me going 'out of my way'. Perhaps the PH gods are taking more notice of my/our needs and making improvements!

This is very useful and informative for users of PoemHunter. On some occasions when I can not get to see the login page, I try voting a poem and the login page opens.I always wondered who is owner of PoemHunter and who are working there.Thank you for your sharing!
Bri thanks for penning this. This had been usual case with me. I thought im only suffering. I did sign-in like that. Once for 15 days or a month i couldn't login saying my account doesnot exist.
