Picture Poem by Kelsey Martinson

Picture

People say
A single picture
Is worth a thousand words
Equivalent to a poem
With a endless verse
I disagree
I think every picture
Is like a thousand tiny
Memories
All clumped
Into one little
Camera
when you see a picture
You remember the laughs
you shared
You remember
Your thoughts and cares
You remember the love or hate
That picture recreates
You remember a million little things
From on tiny picture
That words could never amount to
Could never describe
Pictures are a thousand memories
That will never die
