Politician
His words are sweet as sugar
Perhaps his tongue is coated with sugar
His actions are vulgar
But his promises are bigger
He spoke of a vision
Tied to his mission
We believed his decision
And we won him the election
All he said he needed now is congratulations
We who made him, not even a salutation
All his promises became imaginations
Oh yes now we know he is a politician.
