Poor Fools Poem by Gregory Huyette

Poor Fools

If I knew half as much as I think I do,

There would be twice as much that I know is true.

My vista would be a 20-20 view…

Though ego chooses other paths to pursue.

This truly vexing error is nothing new.

It has plagued us poor fools all history through.
