Please take,
Lentil potato soup.
Beautifully,
It is prepared
With chana dal, potato,
Carrot, garlic, water.
It is tasty with
milk, salt, pepper,
Lemon juice, oregano.

Want to know
How it is prepared?

Listen to me carefully,
Heated oil and added
Chopped garlic.
Add peeled and
cubed potatoes
And carrots.
Saute.
Added washed lentils,
A liter of water
And vegetable stock.
Boil, reduce the heat
And slimmer for half an hour,
Or till the lentils cooked.
Turn off heat.
Puree the mixture and
Returned it to
The soup container.
Add the remaining water,
A cup of milk, salt,
And freshly ground black pepper.
Let it simmer for
Twenty minutes.
Added the lemon juice.

Ready to take.
