Put into holy aspect

Nothing can come out
if work is not talked about
and put in the holy aspect
the work place has to earn the respect

any progress is impossible
if it has no willing participation from the people
if the work progress has no sacred backing
the work culture has to be strengthened

it needs to undergo tremendous change
the work culture has to be managed
new impetus to work culture has to be provided
and ably aided too

the society needs overall improvement
the thrust has to be made at present
work place should be developed into temple
that has blessings from the workers

whatever the work may be in force
the person has to be dedicated with source
he should be given the free handle to tackle
the work has to be taken as worship place

if progress has to be really made
the work places should not be made dead
with the half-heart measures
it has to be really re-assured
