Queen Of Dreams Poem by Uriah Hamilton

Queen Of Dreams

Rating: 5.0

When the Queen
Of mysterious dreams
Visits an hour
Before the dawn,
Her purpose
Is to impart
An important message
That will alter
The destiny
Of a troubled heart.

When I saw you
At sunrise
With sleep
Slipping from your eyes,
You had already been
Lying in my arms
In another world,

And soon you will understand
Mystical forces brought us together.

A beautiful love poem. In sleep, humans are often at their most beautiful - their very vulnerablility is precious. The dreams of dawn are sweetest. - Will

You're usual excellent standard here Uriah. This is a soft and sensuous poem, and a real pleasure to read. Dream on. Love and hugs Ernestine XXX

Very nice read, I liked the last line the most 'When I saw you At sunrise With sleep Slipping from your eyes, You had already been Lying in my arms In another world, ' This line says that there will be a continuance here. 'Keep on inking the Pages' Poison
