We promised and reiterated
Our resolve to be repeated
It was almost stated
In words and again repeated

Not only in this world
But birth in second life
We wished to be one
Forever and same

It was simple love
And we believed
That love must remain
In our heart sans pain

Life is to be spent
Like fragrance and scent
It must give beautiful hearing
With love sans fearing

We were quite happy
And expressed already
We thought and repeated
We were really elated
