Real World Poem by Alyssa Ellis

Real World

Gangs, Drugs
And all them pimpin thugs
Parties, Sex
the baby comes next
Drama then fights
arent a pretty sight
Shootin or Fires
to kill them non payin buyers
Drinkin then Driven
the leadin cause of teens dyin
Abuse, Rape
How much can a kid take?
What happened to the love this world used to share?
There are very few that still even care.
We used to laugh more than we cried,
we used to love livin more than we wanted to commit suicide.
What happened to the world where there was no trouble?
Now the crime has seemed to double
But we must realize
this is the real world
that we must live in day to day..
But are you one of the people keeping the world this way?
