Remnant Of A Writer Poem by Crimson Love

Remnant Of A Writer

A partial darkness eclipses my heart,
This interposed Opaque body,
of Crimson has become transparent,
Receding back within a dirty shadow,
light hath past though my airy form,
A rainbow did'st shine through,
This invisible heart yearns for blessed wholeness,
The felcities of crimson have never been,
I am but the remnant of a writer,
A ghost we all deem fit to call deprived of life.

I can't get of a comment in which I mistakenly used 'obsequious, ' in lieu of obscure. If it keeps reappearing, ignore it. ''Did'st' is good.

A partial darkness... Light is mightier than darkness, even if it's just a candle's light, blowing in the wind. There's always a rainbow after a storm, it's a promise... A rather beautiful, melancholic poem.

Receding back within a dirty shadow... Wow! ... I love the imagery you have painted in my mind... Very nice poem...
