'If ever I did anything wrong to any one'
I shall be excused, pardoned or forgiven
This forms daily prayer and I reiterate
My pledge to almighty even if that is unrelated

It is good to bow before him for anything
That is going to take place or even nothing
One prayer before going to bed sincerely
And another when I get up and forget rarely

It has tremendous power and pull
You are aware of what is going on in full
Your hand shakes before doing something wrong
Even if you may be the guilty person among

'Lead me kindly to the light O, God'
I shall repeat it for soul not to be sold
For paltry gain or harming the innocent
And request Him to be at heart and present

I feel confident when resume the daily routine
Even though the experience may be felt like quinine
Yet some divine feeling pushes us to stick
Discard the wrong and right thing to pick

These are the elementary things to observe
Life is full of problems and difficult to serve
There has to be some strong resolves
Will power to fight back and eagerness to solve

I ask nothing when prayer is performed
Only soul is searched and well informed
What I intend to and what is actually to be
Mind to think and heart to act simply free

It has nothing to do with any religion
It is secret bond and one kind of union
Something is spoken internally to feel with remorse
And ask for blessings to repeal evil force
