Respect others- Senior or junior

Better late than never
keep no fears
no one has got time to harass someone
until poked with irrational words

to respect senior or elder
it speaks of good behavior
that reflects in turn out and words
always don't look behind but go forward

seniors have experienced vast sea
and taken care to see
each aspect of rising and fall
and finally, have called a day

one must rise and resist
and also insist
where the wrong has been done!
but not the disrespect is shown

one should not become headstrong
if he has the wrong thing in mind
as the tree feels proud with fruits
so the person as a good poet

one thing should always be borne in mind
if one finger is raised to find
the fault with others
the rest of the finger shall point at you
