Wake up but still sleepy
Not alert and responsive
To the morning chores ….
Just feeling tired and weary.

Not able to sleep last night
Thinking of unresolved issues
That caused my restlessness
Which my bed cannot calm….

The circadian rhythm in me
Was practically not in control
To make me a ease on moment
That will lead to a better sleep!

Daunted by late night activities
And thinking more on issues …
Triggered this sleepless nights
Haunting me from time to time!
